Awakenings is a series of images made in the landescape and began when I found this old bike and other objects at a friends house. based on the story of King Midas and our obsessions with money and celebrity, I wanted the objects to have new life perhaps spiritual even a surrealistic one, they are still ordinary and will never be used again for what they were designed to do. Available as photographic prints in 3 sizes in editions of 25.
