The doctors commissioned the internal glass screen for the new health centre. Three artists were asked to tackle different aspects of the building. The doctor’s particularly requested cast work with reflections of the flora of the local area, including Waldridge Fell. The design of a wraparound strip of coloured and cast glass was decided upon for the internal glass screen. The cast glass colours were integrated with the interior design colours of the foyer. White Bros Ltd fabricated bespoke steel powder coated frames from my sketches to fit within the existing internal wooden glass dividers.
